What to Expect Here

Writer: Daydra DensonDaydra Denson

We made it through two big back-to-back trips (Aspen and Los Angeles) and I think I have a better idea of what I can reasonably accomplish with this site. The last two trips were a marathon, with a ton of driving and few stops with any significant signal strength or time to do any of the things I envisioned when we came up with this crazy plan. The two big trips were a great shakedown opportunity, and we certainly had some interesting happenings. Now that we're at a project site that is closer to home, this feels more like life and less like a vacation, so it's time to work out what life might actually look like going forward.

I won't make any posts in real time. I don't want to advertise where we are at a given moment. Chances are good that I won't post while I'm on the road as travel days can be exhausting. Turns out I am too ambitious with the number of miles I can cover in a day. I'm sure none of you could have guessed that... I expect to post in batches, when we're at a stable location with reasonable WiFi and cell signals. As I acclimate to this lifestyle and figure out what I want to do and how I want to use this site, I expect topic and format of posts to seem variable and potentially random. I'm just playing with this and have no idea what I want it to ultimately be, if anything.

And on to more interesting things... hopefully
